When doing household chores you need to wear rubber gloves to prevent contact with chemicals and to avoid damage it can do to your skin and nails.

Instead of the standard soap, it is recommended to use natural soaps, with oil or goat’s milk base, but it should be remembered that the poor quality of the nails is not always due to external factors, but it can be a sign that the body lacks essential minerals and vitamins.

That’s why you regularly need to consume foods rich in zinc such as eggs and milk, whole grains and kale that are rich in folic acid (vitamin B9).

Take a look at these natural nail care recipes and treatments that will prevent formation and fight against cuticle, brittle and splitting nails.
