Put two handfuls of fresh or dried nettle in a pot with 5 liters of water. Boil and then leave for 10-15 minutes. Strain, cool and wash your hair with it. Wash your hair with nettles every day. Results are visible after a few weeks.

  • Rosemary is another herb that has a beneficial effect on the condition of the hair. Use a few drops of Rosemary essential oil with your regular shampoo. Prepare Rosemary tea to recover hair:

Pour a cup of boiling water over two to three teaspoons of fresh or dried rosemary leaves, cover and let sit for 10 minutes. Strain. Drink two cups of tea a day. Rosemary tea can also be used as a tonic for rinsing hair.
